I’ve been a designer, design director, and creative director for the past 12 years. In 2012 I co-founded a brand design studio called BR/BAUEN. In only 6 years, we helped to shape and build more than 100 brands in more than 10 different countries. I served as a design director and creative director and I led a multidisciplinary team of brand strategists, producers, and designers.


In 2017 I moved to the United States to work with Uber. My role is as one of the lead brand designers for Uber’s core global brand team. I help define the brand design and encourage consistency across multiple touchpoints, including print, digital, systems design, and brand strategy. I develop design experiences for events and other physical systems and I help serve as the glue between the brand team, the marketing team, and the product team.
