I’m Brazillian Graphic Designer with a degree from PUC Goiás, class of 2010. I’m also the co-founder of BR/BAUEN, a design studio where I’ve led branding projects for over 100 brands across more than 10 countries.

My journey includes serving as Lead Brand Designer at Uber from 2017 to 2020, where I played a key role in high-visibility projects such as Uber’s global rebranding, the launch of Uber Money, and the company’s IPO campaign.

Following my time at Uber, I worked as Lead Designer at eBay from 2020 to 2021, co-leading the global design team and driving significant improvements in the brand’s design standards.

Since 2021, I’ve been a Principal Designer at Microsoft, part of the Experience Collective Horizontal Design Studio. In this role, I’ve contributed to the global development of the visual identity for Copilot and other Microsoft 365 products, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and OneNote, ensuring a cohesive visual expression across platforms.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in creating design systems, developing visual identities, and directing projects with international impact, collaborating with top-tier clients.

Member of a collaborative, horizontal team dedicated to crafting captivating visuals that enhance the Microsoft product experience. My primary focus lies in refining Copilot's visual identity and ensuring a cohesive expression across all touchpoints.
