I am a Brazilian designer with over 15 years of experience in various fields. In 2012, I co-founded BR/BAUEN, an award-winning design studio, where I have led branding projects for over 100 brands across more than 10 countries.
My career includes serving as Lead Brand Designer at Uber (2017-2020), where I worked on high-visibility projects such as Uber’s global rebranding, the launch of high-impact products, and the IPO campaign. I also served as Lead Designer at eBay (2020-2021), where I co-led the global design team.
Since 2021, I have been a Principal Designer at Microsoft, contributing to the global development of the visual system and communication for Microsoft 365 products, especially Copilot and all Microsoft AI initiatives. I ensure a cohesive visual expression across platforms and specialize in creating design systems, developing visual identities, and directing international projects with top-tier clients.

I contribute to the global development of the Copilot brand and focus on AI and design for AI to enhance the user experience. As Lead Designer of the core design team, I helped shape the visual direction of eBay's future global brand. I provided leadership and overall visual design direction for the eBay design team, launching improvements to outdated global design patterns.
Uber

Partnering with Wolff Ollins, I played a crucial role in the successful global rebranding of Uber, which launched in 2018. I led the brand design efforts for the Uber IPO campaign and launched the visual design of Michael Gough’s book “77 Things,” Uber's Brand Bible. I also led the visual design for key initiatives, including Uber Money, Uber Beacon, and the Uber Elevate Summit in 2019. Additionally, I created brand guidelines for Uber Jump and Uber Eats Social Media program.
